So your teens and kids are going to be bored stiff. There is a putting green (not like a putt putt course with multiple holes), a small deck where you can play pickleball or basketball and that's about it. The activities available for kids and teens were extremely sparse and boring. So those get overrun by adults and there's nowhere for kids to go (why not do those at the adults pool? Doesn't that make more sense). That problem is compounded whenever they have activities like water aerobics or water volleyball scheduled because they do those in the family pools outside. The two outdoor pools are extremely small.way too small for a boat this size. There are 3 pools, one of them is an indoor pool which is adults-only. Was totally underwhelmed with the activities and amenities on this boat. I strongly recommend against cruising with Celebrity. They supposedly are a luxury company, but there was nothing about the trip that was better than any of our previous cruises on other lines. We have been on many cruises and Celebrity was by far the worst experience. That was not nearly what she should have done. As for the 3-day refund, she said she could only give us $100 of credit. The guest apparently cancelled because Anna gave us a comparable room. She said that we would have to wait a few hours to see if a guest who did not make it to the ship was going cancel or try to get on the ship at the next port. I told her we wanted to change rooms and we wanted a refund for the three days of walking in constant sewage. On the morning of the 3rd day, I went to the desk and demand to speak to the guest relations manager, Rose Gallema. We had to spend a second niy walking through fecal water. He said he would call the plumber to come back. We went to the pool and on the way out, told the steward that the water kept coming back. But within 30 minutes, there was more smelly water on the floor. One came and out steward said the the problem was fixed.
We called again in the second day and we told our steward several times. Most of the time it was clear water, but it smelled liked feces. We wiped it up but it kept coming back all night. We called the desk and they said they would send the plumber. When we first got to our room, there was brown water on the bathroom floor that smelled like feces.
